Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need a maintenance contract?
No. We also support you on demand. A maintenance contract is worthwhile if you want defined response times and predictable costs. We provide honest advice on what makes sense for your size.
How quickly do you respond?
We answer inquiries within one business day. Response times for emergencies will be defined in the maintenance contract, according to your requirements.
Is it also worthwhile for small companies?
Yes. A single server or workstation is in good hands with us. We do fleet rollouts for about five workstations or more, and the same principle applies: honestly planned, cleanly built.
How does payment work?
By invoice, 30 days. Prior to that, there will be a transparent offer with clear line items, a fixed price where possible, and a cost ceiling where necessary.
Do you also rent out the racing rigs individually?
No, and that's intentional. Our rigs are only available with setup, instruction, and support, as a complete experience. This way, your guests feel well taken care of from the very first lap, and your event runs as smoothly as planned.
