How the credit works

Valid for every online appointment you attend with labour charges of at least CHF 120, including VAT, before the credit is deducted and excluding hardware, replacement parts and materials.
The credit is deducted from your service invoice after the work has been carried out. No credit for missed appointments. No cash payout.
A standalone diagnosis and the free initial consultation are excluded.
One credit per online appointment attended. Cannot be combined with other promotions.
A diagnostic fee you have already paid is credited as usual towards follow-up work; the same amount is not counted twice.
Mention the online appointment credit at your appointment. We will check that the conditions are met and deduct it from your service invoice.

Bottleneck Check

We'll look at your current PC: CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, power supply, and cooling. We'll tell you where the bottleneck truly lies. Sometimes it's not what you think.

Upgrade Plan

You get options with clear prices: what is worth swapping, what it costs and what it does for you. No blind buying, no bling-bling recommendations.

Installation + Test

New parts are installed, the system is re-calibrated, drivers are clean, benchmarks before-and-after. You'll see in black and white what the conversion achieves.

Handover

In-person pickup in Winterthur or padded shipping. With before-and-after comparison and the exchanged parts returned, if you want to keep them.

Frequently asked.

When is an upgrade worthwhile and when is a new purchase?

Rule of thumb: if the CPU socket and motherboard are still current, an upgrade is almost always worthwhile. If both are outdated (more than 2 generations old), a new build is often worthwhile. We'll tell you which case applies to you, without sales pressure.

What if the new parts aren't compatible?

We check compatibility (socket, RAM type, PSU wattage, case size, PCIe slots) before you buy. If something still doesn't fit, we work out a solution with you.

Can I bring my own parts?

Yes, of course. Installation is charged at the price of the selected service: RAM or SSD installation costs CHF 50, graphics card installation including drivers CHF 60, power supply replacement CHF 70, CPU or motherboard replacement CHF 160. Further work is agreed in advance. We do not provide a warranty on parts you bring yourself; we discuss this before accepting the job.

Do my data and Windows installation remain?

Usually, yes. We simply transfer your SSD to the new setup. Only with a complete motherboard change does Windows sometimes need to be reactivated, which we will do for you.
