Really free, no catch?
Yes. We earn money later if you build or have repairs done with us. But if you end up buying from a competitor because that's better for you, we'll tell you that too. That's our business model: honest advice brings more in the long run than pushy sales tactics.
Who am I speaking with?
With a technician from the Pixelgipfel team. Usually Lukas (founder) or Bernhard (workshop). No call center, no junior salesperson. We'll tell you who's calling before the call.
Do I need to prepare anything technical?
No. You describe what you do and what you need. We translate that into technical specifications. If you already have ideas or models in mind, let us know, but it's not a requirement.
What counts as a free consultation and what costs money?
The standard consultation is free of charge. You can see the available duration when you select an appointment. If you need a detailed parts list, a quote PDF, or extensive research, we will discuss the scope and price of the project consultation with you beforehand.
Can I use the Noesis configurator instead?
Yes, gladly. Noesis is great if you already have a general idea of what you want and would like to see the prices. The consultation is for 'I don't know what I need' or 'I have a special use case'. You can also combine both: go through Noesis, then call us.
