Frequent questions about Corsair & iCUE

What is iCUE?

iCUE is Corsair's control software: RGB lighting, fans, pumps, temperatures, and peripherals can all be configured centrally in one app. Upon request, we will set up iCUE so it's ready to go immediately.

What is the difference between iCUE and iCUE LINK?

iCUE is the software, iCUE LINK is the corresponding hardware system: components such as fans and water coolers are connected via a common cable system instead of being individually wired. The result: fewer cables, a cleaner interior, and easier maintenance.

How long do I have a warranty on Corsair products?

With us, you receive a 3-year warranty on all products – regardless of the manufacturer's warranty. In the event of a warranty claim, we handle everything directly: simply contact info@pixelgipfel.ch and await RMA confirmation.

Can I buy individual Corsair components?

Yes – in addition to complete builds, we also offer individual components and peripherals. Not everything is in stock; procurement usually takes 2–3 business days.

Will you also set up iCUE for me retroactively?

Sure — in our workshop in Winterthur, we set up iCUE, update firmware, and tune fan curves. Workshop services are charged at CHF 150 per hour including VAT, based on time spent.
