This is how it works.

    Diagnosis

    You bring your PC or we pick it up in Winterthur. Within 24 hours we will determine what is defective. You will receive a written diagnosis with a cost estimate.

    Your approval

    We will only proceed once you know the price and agree to it. No work will be done on spec, no surprise bill at the end.

    Repair

    We order spare parts, replace what is defective, and test for 4-6 hours under load. Not just power on and hand over.

    Pickup or delivery

    We hand it over personally in the workshop or deliver it securely padded to your door. With a test report and a 2-year warranty on the repair.

Frequently asked.

What if my PC isn't from you at all?

No problem. We repair all brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Alienware, MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte, Corsair, NZXT, and custom builds. If it understands a standard screwdriver, we understand it.

Does the manufacturer's warranty expire if you work on the PC?

For custom builds, no. For branded PCs, we first check if the warranty is still active and if the problem would be covered. If so, we recommend you contact official support, even if we don't earn anything from it. We'll tell you that upfront.

Are my data safe during the repair?

Yes. For software repairs, we ask you beforehand what needs to be backed up. For hardware repairs, your hard drive remains in the device and is not touched, unless it is the problem. We do not look at your files.

What if a repair is no longer worth it?

We'll tell you. If the repair would cost more than 60% of a comparable new system, we recommend building a new one. Your decision, honest figures from us. Even if we don't get a repair order as a result.

How long does it take exactly?

Diagnosis 48 hours. Standard repairs an additional 2-4 business days, depending on spare parts availability. Major repairs 5-10 business days. Water damage or data recovery may take longer; we will keep you updated via WhatsApp or email.
