All prices in CHF, including VAT.

Booked online: CHF 15 credit on service work from CHF 120.

How the credit works

Valid for every online appointment you attend with labour charges of at least CHF 120, including VAT, before the credit is deducted and excluding hardware, replacement parts and materials.
The credit is deducted from your service invoice after the work has been carried out. No credit for missed appointments. No cash payout.
A standalone diagnosis and the free initial consultation are excluded.
One credit per online appointment attended. Cannot be combined with other promotions.
A diagnostic fee you have already paid is credited as usual towards follow-up work; the same amount is not counted twice.
Mention the online appointment credit at your appointment. We will check that the conditions are met and deduct it from your service invoice.

How our pricing works

“Parts +” means replacement parts are charged additionally at their retail price.
Fixed prices apply under normal conditions. For consequential damage, such as liquid damage, we provide a separate quote in advance.
Basic installation is included in the relevant services. Additional setup and coaching outside the agreed package are billed according to the work involved.
Specialist procedures such as delidding and liquid metal application are subject to a risk assessment.
Warranty: 3 years on our work and on parts you buy from us.
On-site service: travel fee CHF 50 plus the hourly rate (private customers CHF 150 / hour, business customers CHF 170 / hour).
Fixed prices cover the service as described. Prices marked “from” depend on the work involved. Prices are subject to change.

No matter the brand. No matter the age. No obligation to bring it in, we'll even come to you in Winterthur. We'll honestly assess whether a repair or a new system makes more sense.

Questions

What you need to know.

Do you also repair brands that you don't manufacture yourselves?

Yes. HP, Dell, Lenovo, Alienware, MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte, Corsair, NZXT, and all the no-name builds from your neighbor. If he understands a screwdriver, we understand him.

Do I need to take the PC to the workshop?

No. We will come to you in Winterthur and the surrounding area. Otherwise, we will send you a padded transport box, and you can send it to us insured.

What about the manufacturer's warranty?

First, we check if the warranty is still active and if your problem is covered. If so, the official support is almost always the more affordable option. We tell you this openly, even if we don't profit from it.

How long does a repair take?

Diagnosis within 48 h of receipt. The repair then usually takes 2–4 working days, depending on spare part availability. Data recovery can take longer; we keep you informed.

What if a repair is no longer worth it?

We'll tell you. Even if we don't get the repair job. We'll show you the alternatives: used spare part, upgrade, or a new build. It's your decision, with honest numbers from us.
