What you need to know.
Do you also repair brands that you don't manufacture yourselves?
Yes. HP, Dell, Lenovo, Alienware, MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte, Corsair, NZXT, and all the no-name builds from your neighbor. If he understands a screwdriver, we understand him.
Do I need to take the PC to the workshop?
No. We will come to you in Winterthur and the surrounding area. Otherwise, we will send you a padded transport box, and you can send it to us insured.
What about the manufacturer's warranty?
First, we check if the warranty is still active and if your problem is covered. If so, the official support is almost always the more affordable option. We tell you this openly, even if we don't profit from it.
How long does a repair take?
Diagnosis within 48 hours of receipt. Repairs typically take 3-5 business days, depending on spare part availability. Data recovery may take longer; we will communicate proactively.
What if a repair is no longer worth it?
We'll tell you. Even if we don't get the repair job. We'll show you the alternatives: used spare part, upgrade, or a new build. It's your decision, with honest numbers from us.
