Do you give a guarantee on repairs?

2 years warranty on all work and installed parts, in addition to the manufacturer's warranty for the components. This is stated in the service report you receive with every order.

Do you also repair devices that are not from you?

Yes. Brand and place of purchase don't matter, we look at everything that has screws. Also laptops and consoles.

What if the repair isn't worth it?

Then we'll tell you honestly, you only pay for the diagnosis (CHF 49.–), and we'll advise you on a suitable replacement. For data recovery: no success, no costs.

Will I get a replacement device?

Rental PC or notebook for CHF 15.–/week, while your device is with us. Free for Gipfelwacht subscribers.

Do I need an appointment?

No, just bring your device in (Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, Sat 9am–3pm). With an appointment, we guarantee a 48-hour diagnosis.
