Terms and Conditions – Cooler Master Giveaway (Switzerland)

By participating in the Pixelgipfel AG giveaway, participants accept the following terms and conditions. In addition, our General Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy apply.

2. Eligibility

  • Eligible participants are natural persons residing in Switzerland.
  • The minimum age for participation is 16 years.
  • Employees of Pixelgipfel AG and their relatives living in the same household are excluded.
  • Participation via bots, fake profiles, or automated systems is not permitted.

3. Participation Period

The giveaway runs until December 9, 2025, 11:59 PM.
The winners will be announced and contacted on December 10, 2025.

4. Participation

  • Participation is done by filling out and submitting the entry form or by completing the action communicated in the giveaway (e.g., social media post).
  • Participation is free and not tied to a purchase.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed.
  • Incomplete or incorrect information may lead to disqualification.

5. Prizes

Cooler Master products will be raffled off as part of this giveaway. The specific products will be described in the giveaway announcement.
Cash payment or transfer of the prize is excluded.

6. Winner Determination & Notification

  • The drawing will be random from all valid entries.
  • Notification will be sent on December 10, 2025 via email or through the social media channel used.
  • If the drawn person does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited without replacement, and a new person will be drawn.

7. Exclusion from the Giveaway

Pixelgipfel AG may exclude participants without prior notice if:

  • these terms and conditions are violated,
  • manipulation or multiple participation is evident,
  • automated tools or fake profiles are used,
  • unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content is submitted.

Legal recourse is excluded.

8. Liability

  • Pixelgipfel AG assumes no liability for technical malfunctions, transmission errors, or failures.
  • Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
  • No responsibility is assumed for delays or errors by third parties (e.g., shipping service providers).

9. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed as part of the giveaway, including name, email, address if applicable, social media handle, and voluntary newsletter consent. The data will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway.

9.1 Storage Period

  • Data of non-winners will be deleted within 30 days.
  • Data of winners will be stored until the complete prize fulfillment.
  • Newsletter data will be stored until revocation.

9.2 Rights of Participants

According to the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG), participants have the right to:

  • information,
  • correction,
  • deletion of their data,
  • withdrawal of their consent.

10. Changes to the Giveaway

Pixelgipfel AG reserves the right to change, interrupt, or cancel the giveaway at any time for important reasons (e.g., technical problems or suspicion of manipulation). There is no entitlement to implementation or compensation.

11. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Exclusively Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Winterthur, unless mandatory legal provisions dictate otherwise.
