Product information

Stunning Contrast from Production to Post
The ProArt Display OLED PA32USD is a professional monitor that features a state-of-the-art 31.5-inch 4K HDR QD-OLED panel with 1000 nits peak brightness and 99% DCI-P3 coverage for highly precise colors and exceptional visual details. A built-in motorized flip colorimeter enables auto- and self-calibration for consistent, professional color accuracy, and a 240 Hz refresh rate enables work on color-critical graphics as well as performance-oriented game development—all on one monitor. In addition to standard I/O interfaces, the PA32USD supports dual 12G-SDI connectivity for receiving uncompressed video signals up to 4K@60Hz.

Ideal for Game Development and Video Editing
With a 240 Hz refresh rate and variable-refresh-rate (VRR) technology, the PA32USD allows you to edit fast-moving footage and perform quality checks. HDMI® 2.1, DisplayPort™ 2.1, and Thunderbolt™ 4 connectivity with 4K@240Hz support ensures ultra-smooth visuals with exceptional detail.

Intuitive and Intelligent Calibration

Self-Calibration
ProArt Displays feature a built-in colorimeter with an innovative self-calibration function. This standalone solution is compatible with any operating system and does not require additional calibration software. You can perform the calibration process at any time or schedule it during off-peak hours via the OSD menu.

ProArt Hardware Calibration
ProArt Hardware Calibration software* works in both SDR and HDR modes. It saves all color parameter profiles directly to the ProArt monitor's internal scaler IC chip, rather than to the PC. With ProArt Calibration, you can also set regular calibration intervals.
*For a list of supported color calibrators, please click on Windows Operating System or macOS for more information.

ProArt Color Center
ProArt Color Center is an online tool that helps administrators manage color accuracy across multiple ProArt Displays with hardware calibration support. Users can check when monitors were last calibrated, set the next recommended calibration date, and schedule calibration times for multiple monitors—even if they use different color parameters and/or are located in different places.

Seamless Calibration
ProArt Displays work seamlessly with professional third-party hardware calibration software like Calman and Light Illusion ColourSpace CMS. It can also write color parameters back to our ProArt displays, making calibration faster and easier.

ASUS OLED Care
ProArt Display OLED series monitors feature ASUS OLED Care functions that are proven to protect the display by minimizing the likelihood of image burn-in.

Panel Protection
Provides Sensing Protection, Pixel Shift, Screen Saver, ISP (Global), and Off Sensing to prevent static images from continuously appearing on your screen. This feature offers two adjustable levels to choose from.

Image Protection
Dynamically detects and identifies the taskbar, logos, and video borders, reducing brightness around them to minimize the risk of burn-in. This feature offers three adjustable levels to choose from.

Proximity Sensor
Automatically and gradually reduces brightness when no user is in front of the monitor. Three adjustable detection areas are available.

Uniform Brightness Setting
OLED displays feature an Automatic Brightness Limiter (ABL). When displaying a white (or bright) image within a specific window, the display automatically dims the image as the window size increases.

The optional "Uniform Brightness" feature in the OSD menu is particularly useful when switching between or resizing windows with very different contrast levels, as it maintains brightness consistently at up to 250 nits, allowing for comfortable viewing and more accurate colors even after hours of use.

Ultra-Vivid HDR

ASUS Smart HDR Technology
Thanks to exclusive ASUS Smart HDR Technology, this monitor supports multiple HDR formats, including Dolby Vision®, HLG, and HDR10.

Dolby Vision transforms the viewing experience with unparalleled brightness, contrast, and colors. The ProArt Display is the world's first computer monitor with Dolby Vision support, making it ideal for professional image production, color grading, and mastering.

HLG enables users to view and create content for broadcast and satellite TV platforms, such as BBC iPlayer, Japan NHK TV, and DirecTV.

HDR10 support ensures compatibility with existing video streaming services and a growing list of HDR-enabled games.

Multiple PQ Curves
ASUS ProArt Displays support multiple HDR10 curves, including PQ Hard Clip, PQ Optimized, and PQ Basic, which can meet all content creation requirements.

PQ Hard Clip
With this setting, the PQ curve is maintained until it displays the maximum luminance. Anything brighter is mapped to the display's maximum luminance.

HDR Preview
HDR Preview allows for a direct connection from the camera to the monitor to display recorded HDR content with its full tonal range. It also works with most video editing software platforms, providing accurate simulations of the final output for easier and more efficient editing.
*Raw data/camera images must support HDR mode and PQ curve.

12G-SDI Connectivity
SDI (Serial Digital Interface) is a professional video signal standard widely used in production. It supports the transmission of uncompressed video over long distances with high reliability. SDI uses BNC cables with locking connectors at both ends to ensure a secure connection that cannot be easily disconnected.

Compared to standard 3G-SDI, 12G-SDI offers up to four times higher bandwidth, enabling the transmission and reception of uncompressed video with resolutions up to 4K@60Hz directly from camera devices with extremely low latency.

Flexible Connections
Two Thunderbolt 4 ports, HDMI 2.1, and DisplayPort 2.1 ensure compatibility with current and future displays and peripherals. One of the Thunderbolt 4 ports provides up to 96W Power Delivery via a single cable to charge laptops, while the other supports daisy-chaining multiple displays for extended setups. The integrated USB 3.2 hub features two USB Type-A and one USB Type-C® port, supporting a wide range of devices and peripherals.

Diverse Viewing Options

Picture-by-Picture (PbP)
View content from up to four input sources simultaneously. You can also select up to 2 color engines to check different color modes, including sRGB, Adobe RGB, P3, BT.2020, CAL1~3.

Picture-in-Picture (PiP)
In this mode, content from a second input source is displayed in a smaller window, placeable in any corner of the screen.

Accurate Real-time On-set Preview
QuickFit Plus overlays a grid on the screen to facilitate alignment and on-set preview. This ensures that video content remains correctly framed and does not extend beyond the visible screen area.

Exquisite Design
Versatile Stand
With its two versatile stand options, the PA32USD effortlessly adapts to any setup, providing an optimal working or viewing position, whether on location or in the studio.

Cable Management
Bundled clips help with cable management and ensure a tidy workspace, while the sturdy, elegant metal handle ensures you can easily take the monitor anywhere it's needed.

Detachable Monitor Hood
A wraparound hood minimizes reflections from ambient light sources, ensuring safe color work in the studio or on location. An opening at the top of the hood allows for convenient use of third-party colorimeters for accurate calibration without having to remove the monitor hood.

Ergonomic Design
Every ProArt display features an ergonomic stand with tilt, swivel, pivot, and height adjustments for comfortable viewing. The ability to rotate the screen 90° clockwise or counter-clockwise for portrait use is convenient when working with long documents, coding, or browsing the web. VESA wall mounting provides additional flexibility, offering users practical mounting options.

The Perfect Monitor for Your Mac
ProArt Display combines professional performance with Mac-tested compatibility. With vibrant colors and versatile connectivity options, the ProArt Display is ideal for Mac users seeking exceptional color accuracy and unparalleled productivity.

Seamless Monitor Management
ASUS DisplayWidget Center is software that provides an intuitive user interface for adjusting monitor settings, including brightness, contrast, and color temperature. Whether a monitor is used for everyday viewing or professional creative work, users can effortlessly find the optimal screen settings for an enhanced viewing experience.

Effortless Multi-Display Consistency
With ColorSync, you can synchronize the display settings of monitors of the same model using the ASUS DisplayWidget Center software. This feature makes it easy to apply consistent settings—such as color mode and brightness—to multiple displays without requiring manual adjustments on each individual device.

Environmental Certification*
PA32USD has been rigorously tested to meet the requirements of the world's leading sustainability certifications. These tests include a comprehensive database of current criteria, independent verification, and a structured system for continuous improvement.

Eco-Friendly Packaging
ProArt Displays are shipped in packaging made from FSC®-certified, 100% recycled cardboard. The packaging has been designed to minimize weight and volume to conserve natural resources and allow more units to be transported in a single shipping container.

Reusable Packaging
The cardboard box in which the PA32USD is delivered can be cut into a smaller box to package small items on your desk, such as cables, adapters, or other accessories. It also includes a foldable phone holder. This is a great way to reduce waste, save money on packaging materials, and create additional benefits.

Energy-Efficient Features
The ProArt Display OLED PA32USD features an energy-saving Eco mode and achieves zero watts of power consumption when switched off.
