Needs a high-quality SDI monitor for quick on-set color correction and managing the production workflow. It can deliver accurate and true color reproduction and details from the camera and present them to the director/client.

Colorist
The 12G-SDI input allows creators using SDI PCIe capture cards or capture boxes to connect directly to the PA24US via SDI instead of HDMI. It delivers uncompressed 4K video in high quality and enables precise preview of image performance.

Uncompressed 4K Video
The 23.6-inch panel with 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) offers four times the pixel density and three times more screen space than similarly sized FHD displays, resulting in a sharper display with more detail.

The ProArt Display PA24US features a 12G-SDI port, allowing the reception and transmission of uncompressed video material up to 4K@60Hz directly from camera devices with extremely low latency.

High Dynamic Range
The ProArt Display PA24US offers a brightness of up to 600 nits and has received VESA DisplayHDR 600 certification. Multiple HDR formats support HDR-10 / HLG High Dynamic Range technology for brighter whites and darker blacks, resulting in a rich and lifelike viewing experience.

Self-Calibration
ProArt Displays now feature an innovative self-calibration function for the integrated colorimeter. Self-calibration is a standalone solution without any software and is compatible with any operating system. You can perform color calibration and scheduled color calibration functions directly via the OSD operation of the ProArt Displays. This flexibility allows you to achieve color consistency anytime, anywhere.

ProArt Calibration
ASUS ProArt Calibration Technology saves all color parameter profiles on the internal scaler-IC chip of the ProArt monitor, not on the PC. The monitor can be calibrated and the look-up table subsequently rewritten, so you can connect it to devices with different operating systems or applications without having to adjust the settings.
*ProArt Calibration support will be available from 2023/Q4 via a firmware update.

ProArt Color Center
ProArt Color Center offers remote group control and calibration tools, allowing you to perform these important tasks from a central location. You can remotely control group calibration, scheduled calibration, and custom color parameters to ensure professional-level accuracy and consistency at all times.

Seamless Calibration
ProArt displays are compatible with most major calibrators, including those from X-Rite, Datacolor, and Klein. They also work seamlessly with professional hardware calibration software Calman and Light Illusion ColourSpace CMS.

Leading Color Fidelity
Each ProArt display is pre-calibrated at the factory using a new three-stage process to ensure industry-leading color fidelity. The display then undergoes rigorous testing with ASUS's advanced grayscale tracking technology to ensure smoother color gradations, better uniformity, and high color accuracy with a Delta E < 1 color difference value. Each grayscale level is also carefully measured and adjusted to ensure compliance with the precise DICOM standard for medical use.

ASUS Smart HDR Technology
Thanks to exclusive ASUS Smart HDR technology, the ProArt Display PA24US supports multiple HDR formats, including HLG and HDR10.

With HLG, users can watch and create content for broadcast and satellite TV platforms such as BBC iPlayer, Japan NHK TV, and DirecTV.

HDR10 support ensures compatibility with existing video streaming services and a growing list of HDR-enabled games.

Multiple PQ Curves
ASUS ProArt Displays support multiple HDR10 curves, including PQ Hard Clip, PQ Optimized, and PQ Basic, all of which can cover all content creation requirements.

HDR Preview
HDR preview allows a direct connection from the camera to the monitor to display recorded HDR content with its full tonal range. It also works with most video editing software platforms and provides accurate simulations of the final output for easier and more efficient editing.

12G-SDI Connectivity
SDI (Serial Digital Interface) is a professional video signal preferred in production environments. It offers greater distance without video compression and is reliable. BNC cables have special connectors at both ends that lock into the connected devices, so they cannot be easily dropped or pulled out.

Compared to general 3G-SDI, 12G-SDI offers up to 4 times the bandwidth and enables the reception and transmission of uncompressed video material up to 4K@60Hz directly from camera devices with extremely low latency.

Seamless Workflow Integration
Extensive connectivity offers a full-featured USB-C port that enables super-fast data transfers, video signals, and 80 watts of power delivery for charging laptops and other devices - all via a single cable. DisplayPort1.4 and two HDMI(v2.0) for compatibility with current and future displays and peripherals. It also features a headphone jack and a USB 3.2 hub.

Picture-by-Picture (PbP)
Display two to four different settings simultaneously by placing multiple input sources side-by-side on the screen, and configure the color settings for each individual window with sRGB, Adobe RGB, DCI-P3, Rec. 2020, User Mode 1 or User Mode 2.
