Product information

The AXAGON ADE-AR external network card easily converts the USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 port into a Gigabit Ethernet port. The USB network card is compatible with 10/100/1000 Mbps transfer speeds, extending the computer with a stable network connection, supplementing the missing RJ-45 network port, adding another network card, or replacing the originally non-functional network port.

In addition to Gigabit throughput, the LAN adapter offers a wide range of functions such as IPv4/IPv6 checksums to reduce CPU load through checksums, crossover detection and auto-correction, TCP Large Send Offload, support for various Wake-on-LAN function modes, working with VLANs, and advanced power management functions.

Thanks to its compact dimensions and light weight, it is an ideal accessory for laptops. By supporting current versions of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, it can be used for any desktop, laptop, or ultrabook. On Windows versions 8.1 and later, the adapter allows for simple automatic installation without the need for an internet connection.
