The Multiport USB-C 10Gbps Hub AXAGON HMC-12GM2 GEN2COMBO 12in1 extends your laptop, computer, or phone with eleven ports and an external enclosure for M.2 drives.

Via the reversible USB-C connector, you can easily and quickly connect up to two monitors, four USB devices, Gigabit Ethernet network, headphones, SD card reader, and an NVMe or SATA M.2 SSD to your computer. You also get the ability to simultaneously power your laptop with Power Delivery technology. With the USB-C Hub, you get a simple and compact 12in1 laptop docking station like the MacBook Air or Pro.

The USB hub offers three USB outputs with standard USB-A connectors. Two with 5Gbps speeds and a third with 10Gbps speeds for more demanding devices. There is also a USB-C data port with 10 Gbps. The hub can handle the permanent connection of two external drives simultaneously. Thanks to the fast USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface, the transfer speed is up to 10Gb/s.

Exclusively, the second USB-C port is reserved for power supply and simultaneous charging of laptops with Power Delivery 3.0 technology with a power output of up to 100W. Connect a suitable USB-C Power Delivery charger to the hub and connect the hub to a laptop that supports Power Delivery. This saves one USB-C port.

The HDMI and DisplayPort outputs provide a high-quality picture. The HDMI output delivers high image quality with an Ultra HD resolution of up to 4K/60Hz and supports multi-channel audio transmission. High frequencies at popular gaming resolutions of 2K/144Hz or FullHD/240Hz are also supported. Thanks to HDR (High Dynamic Range) support, you can enjoy a significantly extended spectrum of colors and contrasts without limitations. For the video outputs to function correctly, the notebook must have a USB-C port with DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode) support or a Thunderbolt 3 port and higher.

You can connect an NVMe or SATA M.2 SSD drive via the integrated slot on the back. The multiport hub thus becomes an external drive. M.2 cards can be single-sided or double-sided up to a size of 22x80 mm. The external M.2 enclosure has no capacity limit for SSDs and supports modern features such as TRIM, UASP, and allows reading S.M.A.R.T. information to monitor disk status.

The Gigabit network adapter extends the computer with a fast and stable network connection, complements the missing RJ-45 network port, or adds another network card.

The card reader supports all versions of SD and microSD cards including SDXC and microSDXC with a capacity of up to 2TB. Thanks to the high-speed USB interface, you can fully exploit the potential of modern memory cards. The card reader allows simultaneous handling of cards in both slots and direct copying between them.

The elegant aluminum casing ensures mechanical resistance and passive cooling. Active cooling is provided by a quiet integrated fan that cools both the M.2 drive and the hub's casing itself. You will also appreciate the finely textured surface without fingerprints. The port replicator is the ideal accessory for laptops with a shortage of USB ports, storage, or video outputs. The 50 cm long USB-C cable is detachable and can be replaced with a longer cable if required.

You can use your existing USB peripherals without having to buy new ones. Thanks to Plug-and-Play and Hot-Plug functions, connecting the hub itself is very easy without complicated installation. It is also possible to easily connect and disconnect peripherals while the computer is running. The hub is not afraid of connecting to phones with a USB-C port. For example, you can connect a flash drive, keyboard, mouse, screen, TV, or projector to the phone.

Video resolution and features:
• The maximum supported resolution when each port is connected individually is 4K / 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz.
• 2 monitors connected simultaneously - up to 4K/60Hz on both monitors.
• For proper video output function, the hub must be connected to a USB-C port with DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode) version 1.4 or higher or a USB-C port with Thunderbolt 3/4 support. The correct operating system is also required. Without these prerequisites, the video output function is not available.
• HDR (High Dynamic Range, 10-bit support) support – realistic reproduction of bright and dark details.
• HPD (Hot-Plug-Detect) support.
• TMDS (Transition Minimized Differential Signaling) support.
• Full support for HDCP 1.4 and 2.3 (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection).
• Supports up to 8-channel LPCM audio, compressed audio (AC-3, DTS), and HBR audio formats.
• Supports sampling rates of up to 192 kHz and up to 24-bit audio - depending on the source and destination device, i.e., laptop/phone and TV/monitor/AV receiver.

Power Delivery:
• Power Delivery 3.0 support - Continuous power supply to the device via the network adapter through a USB-C hub.
• Maximum power supply via the PD USB-C hub input 100W - 20V/5A.
• PD support by the device (laptop, phone) and a suitable PD network adapter are required.

What are the shipping costs and how long does delivery take?
Standard shipping CHF 8.90 (B-Post, 3–5 business days) or Express CHF 23.50 (Swiss-Express "Mond", 1–2 business days) – Delivery by Swiss Post, within Switzerland only. In-stock products are usually processed within one business day; out-of-stock components are procured within 2–3 business days. Pick-up in Winterthur is free of charge.
Can I also pick up my order?
Yes – free of charge at Sulzerallee 80, 8404 Winterthur, during our opening hours. Please wait for our pick-up confirmation before coming by.
How long is my warranty?
You receive a 3-year warranty on all products purchased from us, starting from the date of delivery. For repair work carried out by us and newly installed spare parts, we provide a 2-year warranty. Report any warranty claims to info@pixelgipfel.ch before returning the item and wait for RMA confirmation.
Can I return a product?
Yes – as a private customer with a delivery address in Switzerland, you have a voluntary right of return for 14 days from receipt: 100% for unopened items, 90% for opened but unused items, and under 85% refund for used items. Excluded are custom builds, personalized products, activated software and license keys, as well as opened products that come into contact with the body (e.g., headphones, headsets, VR glasses). Please register your return in advance at info@pixelgipfel.ch – the refund will be processed within 10 business days after inspection.
What payment methods do you accept?
TWINT, common credit and debit cards, and purchase on account with partial payment option via our partner Heylight. All prices include 8.1% VAT; shipping costs will be displayed in the checkout before the order is completed.
How long does it take to assemble my custom PC?
Once all components are available, assembly, configuration, and functional testing usually take 1–2 business days. If parts are not in stock, an additional 2–3 business days for procurement will apply; for pre-orders or special procurements, it can take up to 30 days – we will inform you of any delays.
Can I cancel my order?
You can usually cancel standard products that have not yet been shipped free of charge – please contact us at info@pixelgipfel.ch. For custom builds and specially ordered products, cancellations depend on the processing status; compensation of up to 20% may be charged for work already carried out and components already ordered.
