Product information
The AXAGON HMC-6GLN GLASS 6-in-1 Multiport USB-C 5Gbps Hub extends your notebook, computer or phone with six ports. You connect your laptop to the hub via a 20 cm long USB-C cable. This immediately provides a connection for a monitor, three USB devices and an RJ-45 port for Gigabit Ethernet network. You also get the option of simultaneously powering your laptop with Power Delivery technology. With the port replicator, you get a simple and compact 6-in-1 docking station for modern laptops.
The USB hub offers three USB 5Gbps outputs, two with standard USB-A and a third with a USB-C data port. Thanks to the USB 3.2 Gen 1 interface, the transfer speed is up to 5Gb/s. The hub can permanently connect several external drives at the same time and also allows charging of phones and tablets with up to 1.5A/5V current. For example, you can charge an Android smartphone, Apple iPhone, Apple iPad etc. via the hub.
Another USB-C port is only intended for charging phones or laptops with Power Delivery 3.0 technology with up to 100W power. Connect a suitable USB-C Power Delivery charger to the hub and connect the hub to a notebook that supports Power Delivery. This saves a USB-C port.
Via the HDMI output, it is possible to connect an external monitor, TV or projector with a resolution of up to 4K/60Hz Ultra HD, 2K/144Hz Quad HD or 1080p/240Hz Full HD and multi-channel audio transmission. Thanks to HDR support, you can enjoy a significantly extended spectrum of colors and contrasts.
The Gigabit network card extends the computer with a fast and stable network connection, supplements the missing RJ-45 network port or adds another network card.
The compact aluminum housing not only looks good, but also offers mechanical resilience and passive cooling. The glossy top with a subtly backlit logo underlines the premium look of the hub.
The USB-C hub is an ideal accessory for laptops without USB-A ports and video output. You can use your existing USB peripherals without having to buy new ones. Thanks to the plug-and-play and hot-plug functions, connecting the hub is very easy even without complicated installation. It is also possible to simply connect and disconnect peripherals while the computer is running.
For the hub to function correctly, your laptop's USB-C port must support video output (DisplayPort Alternate Mode or Thunderbolt 3, 4 and higher) and be powered by Power Delivery.
The hub can be easily connected to phones with a USB-C port. For example, you can connect a flash drive, keyboard, mouse, screen, TV or projector to the phone.
