It features two distinct front panels that showcase the two sides of its personality: one front panel highlights its impressive RGB lighting, while the other is optimized for excellent airflow. This latest member of the Duoface series is a true embodiment of flexibility and innovative open-layout design.

A Game of Two Halves
Thanks to the new tool-less mounting feature, switching between panels is a breeze. This allows you to quickly and easily decide whether to optimize airflow or showcase your build.

Crafted from high-quality, 1mm thick metal and featuring 5.0mm diameter perforations, the Duoface Pro RGB's airflow panel ensures excellent air circulation and generous fresh air intake.

No Style Without Value
The innovative Quick-Slide dust filter of the Duoface Pro RGB is both highly functional and aesthetically pleasing, standing out visually with its stylish edges. Furthermore, you can easily remove the dust filter without having to remove the front panel. This makes maintenance a breeze. Why choose between functionality or style when you can have both?

Access to All Areas
The removable top and removable front bracket provide unrestricted access to the interior, giving you extra plenty of space that makes assembling your equipment easier than ever.

Double the Pleasure
The cable management bar is cleverly designed to also function as a graphics card holder, making optimal use of available space. This innovative design not only gives you a clear view of your components but also improves performance stability.

Size Matters
Thanks to its 240mm wide chassis, the Duoface Pro RGB offers ample space for an E-ATX motherboard, a 390mm graphics card, as well as two 3.5″ HDDs and two 2.5″ SSDs, making it suitable even for the most demanding systems.

Industrial Light and Magic
The Duoface Pro RGB is equipped with four 120mm ARGB fans and a highlighted logo. With just one press of the RGB button, you can control a variety of stunning lighting effects. Additionally, the built-in LED controller is fully compatible with the 5V ARGB headers on motherboards, allowing for seamless system-wide lighting synchronization.

The magnetic 4mm tempered glass side panel perfectly showcases the RGB lighting effects and your system. Its magnetic design makes it easier to disassemble.

I/O Panel
Includes one Type-C Gen 2 (Key-A 20-pin connector), two USB 3.0 ports, one USB 2.0 port, a combined audio/microphone jack, an RGB button, and a power button.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the shipping costs and how long does delivery take?

Standard shipping CHF 8.90 (B-Post, 3–5 business days) or Express CHF 23.50 (Swiss-Express "Mond", 1–2 business days) – Delivery by Swiss Post, within Switzerland only. In-stock products are usually processed within one business day; out-of-stock components are procured within 2–3 business days. Pick-up in Winterthur is free of charge.

Can I also pick up my order?

Yes – free of charge at Sulzerallee 80, 8404 Winterthur, during our opening hours. Please wait for our pick-up confirmation before coming by.

How long is my warranty?

You receive a 3-year warranty on all products purchased from us, starting from the date of delivery. For repair work carried out by us and newly installed spare parts, we provide a 2-year warranty. Report any warranty claims to info@pixelgipfel.ch before returning the item and wait for RMA confirmation.

Can I return a product?

Yes – as a private customer with a delivery address in Switzerland, you have a voluntary right of return for 14 days from receipt: 100% for unopened items, 90% for opened but unused items, and under 85% refund for used items. Excluded are custom builds, personalized products, activated software and license keys, as well as opened products that come into contact with the body (e.g., headphones, headsets, VR glasses). Please register your return in advance at info@pixelgipfel.ch – the refund will be processed within 10 business days after inspection.

What payment methods do you accept?

TWINT, common credit and debit cards, and purchase on account with partial payment option via our partner Heylight. All prices include 8.1% VAT; shipping costs will be displayed in the checkout before the order is completed.

How long does it take to assemble my custom PC?

Once all components are available, assembly, configuration, and functional testing usually take 1–2 business days. If parts are not in stock, an additional 2–3 business days for procurement will apply; for pre-orders or special procurements, it can take up to 30 days – we will inform you of any delays.

Can I cancel my order?

You can usually cancel standard products that have not yet been shipped free of charge – please contact us at info@pixelgipfel.ch. For custom builds and specially ordered products, cancellations depend on the processing status; compensation of up to 20% may be charged for work already carried out and components already ordered.
