The CH690 DIGITAL was developed with aesthetics and individual adaptability in mind. It offers a half-height front panel that allows a good view of the installed components. For those who want to install higher performance, the half-height front panel on the back of the case can be replaced with a mesh panel and a fan bracket to increase horizontal airflow. The integrated light strip slot allows for the addition of light strips, creating an impressive gaming atmosphere that combines aesthetics and functionality for a completely individual setup.

It features up to 8 individual, removable expansion slots, providing flexibility for various configurations. Ample space for your storage media with 1 x 3.5" drive bays and 2 x 2.5" drive bays. The case is designed to accommodate a wide range of components, making it an ideal choice for gaming and professional setups.

The CH690 DIGITAL case features a state-of-the-art digital display that shows key system statistics in real time. Switchable modes for CPU, GPU, and PSU allow easy monitoring of current temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit, power consumption, utilization, and clock speed. The CPU mode includes fan speed monitoring, while the PSU mode provides additional information on fan performance data. The sophisticated display transforms the system into a high-tech command center, offering optimal performance and efficiency at a glance.
COOLING VERSATILITY
The CH690 DIGITAL is designed for a variety of configurations. It ensures efficient heat dissipation through its innovative mesh cover on the power supply unit, which creates a vertical airflow channel. It offers ample space for different sized radiators, up to 420 mm on the top, 280 mm on the side, and 360 mm inside the cover. In addition, various fan configurations are supported: up to 3 x 140 mm fans on the top, side, and inside the power supply cover, and a 140 mm fan on the rear. The CH690 DIGITAL can accommodate CPU coolers up to 182 mm in height and was designed to ensure optimal temperatures for high-performance systems.

The CH690 DIGITAL is designed for easy access and durability and features an adjustable, sturdy GPU holder to prevent the GPU from sagging and damaging the motherboard. Front I/O ports include USB Dual 3.0, Audio Jack, and USB Type C, providing easy access to external devices. The CH690 DIGITAL also supports motherboards with rear connectors and an extra wide 36.5mm channel for cable management. The bottom of the case is equipped with a magnetic air filter panel for easy cleaning and effective dust protection.

What are the shipping costs and how long does delivery take?
Standard shipping CHF 8.90 (B-Post, 3–5 business days) or Express CHF 23.50 (Swiss-Express "Mond", 1–2 business days) – Delivery by Swiss Post, within Switzerland only. In-stock products are usually processed within one business day; out-of-stock components are procured within 2–3 business days. Pick-up in Winterthur is free of charge.
Can I also pick up my order?
Yes – free of charge at Sulzerallee 80, 8404 Winterthur, during our opening hours. Please wait for our pick-up confirmation before coming by.
How long is my warranty?
You receive a 3-year warranty on all products purchased from us, starting from the date of delivery. For repair work carried out by us and newly installed spare parts, we provide a 2-year warranty. Report any warranty claims to info@pixelgipfel.ch before returning the item and wait for RMA confirmation.
Can I return a product?
Yes – as a private customer with a delivery address in Switzerland, you have a voluntary right of return for 14 days from receipt: 100% for unopened items, 90% for opened but unused items, and under 85% refund for used items. Excluded are custom builds, personalized products, activated software and license keys, as well as opened products that come into contact with the body (e.g., headphones, headsets, VR glasses). Please register your return in advance at info@pixelgipfel.ch – the refund will be processed within 10 business days after inspection.
What payment methods do you accept?
TWINT, common credit and debit cards, and purchase on account with partial payment option via our partner Heylight. All prices include 8.1% VAT; shipping costs will be displayed in the checkout before the order is completed.
How long does it take to assemble my custom PC?
Once all components are available, assembly, configuration, and functional testing usually take 1–2 business days. If parts are not in stock, an additional 2–3 business days for procurement will apply; for pre-orders or special procurements, it can take up to 30 days – we will inform you of any delays.
Can I cancel my order?
You can usually cancel standard products that have not yet been shipped free of charge – please contact us at info@pixelgipfel.ch. For custom builds and specially ordered products, cancellations depend on the processing status; compensation of up to 20% may be charged for work already carried out and components already ordered.
