Product information
Striking in Blizzard White
The LANCER DDR5 is also available in Blizzard White – for a striking all-white PC experience.
A New Speed Benchmark in Gaming Memory
XPG LANCER ushers in the DDR5 era for gaming memory. With frequencies of up to 7200 MT/s, you get a significant performance boost for gaming and overclocking.
Enhanced Power Management
XPG LANCER DDR5 features a built-in Power Management IC (PMIC) that improves power supply stability. Its lower operating voltage makes LANCER more energy-efficient than DDR4.
Stability and Reliability
With On-Die Error-Correcting Code (ECC), this module can correct errors in real-time to provide enhanced stability and reliability.
Made with High-Quality Materials
High-quality ICs and PCBs guarantee uncompromising performance and reliable overclocking, ideal for demanding gamers and overclockers.
AMD EXPO
Support for AMD EXPO (Extended Profiles for Overclocking) and compatibility with the latest platforms for reliability and stability.
Overclocking Made Easy
With support for Intel XMP 3.0, overclocking becomes child's play, without you having to fuss with BIOS settings. Overclocking parameters do not need to be repeatedly adjusted or finely tuned.
Quick Tips: DDR5 vs. DDR4 - Appearance
DDR5 U-DIMM modules have the same dimensions and number of contacts as DDR4 modules. The most obvious difference is the position of the notch, which prevents incorrect insertion. Additionally, DDR5 integrates I/O resistors with CMD/ADD resistors. Furthermore, DDR5 modules have a cleaner appearance than DDR4 modules. And you can see a PMIC in the middle.
Quick Tips: DDR5 vs. DDR4 - Performance
The biggest change is a significant increase in bandwidth and frequency. ADATA's DDR5 memory modules deliver frequencies of up to 4800 MT/s and a bandwidth of 38.4 GB/s, surpassing DDR4-3200 by 50%. The maximum frequency is increased by 1.63 times compared to DDR4.
Quick Tips: DDR5 vs. DDR4 - Chip Architecture
DDR5 modules offer twice the capacity of DDR4 by integrating more banks and bank groups. In addition, burst length and prefetch are also doubled. And to ensure data integrity, they feature Error-Correcting Code (ECC) technology.
