iCUE or iCUE LINK — which is right for me?

iCUE LINK is the latest generation with a single-cable system: ideal for new builds, cleanest cabling. Classic iCUE offers a broader product range and a more affordable entry point. Both are controlled by the same software – we'll advise you on what suits your build.

Can I upgrade my Corsair PC later?

Yes — our builds are based on standard components; RAM, SSDs, GPUs, and fans can be replaced or added later. We can perform upgrades for you in our workshop in Winterthur if desired.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock products: Processing usually takes 1 business day, then 3–5 business days for Standard (CHF 8.90) or 1–2 business days for Express (CHF 23.50). For Custom Builds, an additional 1–2 business days are needed for assembly; for procurement, 2–3 business days. Pick-up in Winterthur is free of charge.

What happens in case of a warranty claim?

You have a 3-year warranty and handle everything directly with us: just write to info@pixelgipfel.ch, await RMA confirmation — repair or replacement is carried out by our workshop in Winterthur, without manufacturer-ping-pong.
