Crafted from premium materials, the Q1 features a CNC-machined 6063 aluminum case, manufactured through 24 sophisticated processes including polishing, anodizing, and sandblasting. This elaborate design not only gives the keyboard an appealing look but also ensures a wonderfully flexible typing feel with excellent sound. With a maximum flex of up to 2.5 mm, you'll experience a typing feel that makes all the difference.

The Keychron Q1 is compatible with both Mac and Windows systems. Thanks to the integrated operating system toggle switch and an additional set of custom keycaps, adapting it to your needs is a breeze.

Programming the keyboard is effortless with full QMK and VIA support. Every key can be individually programmed and remapped, and the open-source VIA firmware allows you to customize not only key assignments but also the layout and backlighting to your liking. Furthermore, you can even create MACROS for special key combinations to maximize your productivity. VIA supports seamless use on macOS, Windows, and Linux.

Additionally, the Q1 features a hot-swappable PCB, suitable for a variety of mechanical MX switches, both 3-pin and 5-pin. Included are Gateron screw-in stabilizers, offering stability and an excellent typing feel. The screw-in design also facilitates the use of different stabilizers, giving you even more customization options.

The south-facing RGB lighting in SMD LED form ensures that each key can be individually illuminated. This is particularly advantageous for non-translucent PBT keycaps.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the shipping costs and how long does delivery take?
Standard shipping CHF 8.90 (B-Post, 3–5 business days) or Express CHF 23.50 (Swiss-Express "Mond", 1–2 business days) – Delivery by Swiss Post, within Switzerland only. In-stock products are usually processed within one business day; out-of-stock components are procured within 2–3 business days. Pick-up in Winterthur is free of charge.
Can I also pick up my order?
Yes – free of charge at Sulzerallee 80, 8404 Winterthur, during our opening hours. Please wait for our pick-up confirmation before coming by.
How long is my warranty?
All products bought from us come with a 3-year warranty from the date you receive them. Our repairs and the parts we supply for them are also covered for 3 years. Before returning an item, report the warranty claim to info@pixelgipfel.ch and wait for RMA confirmation.
Can I return a product?
Yes – as a private customer with a delivery address in Switzerland, you have a voluntary right of return for 14 days from receipt: 100% for unopened items, 90% for opened but unused items, and under 85% refund for used items. Excluded are custom builds, personalized products, activated software and license keys, as well as opened products that come into contact with the body (e.g., headphones, headsets, VR glasses). Please register your return in advance at info@pixelgipfel.ch – the refund will be processed within 10 business days after inspection.
What payment methods do you accept?
TWINT, common credit and debit cards, and purchase on account with partial payment option via our partner Heylight. All prices include 8.1% VAT; shipping costs will be displayed in the checkout before the order is completed.
How long does it take to assemble my custom PC?
Once all components are available, assembly, configuration, and functional testing usually take 1–2 business days. If parts are not in stock, an additional 2–3 business days for procurement will apply; for pre-orders or special procurements, it can take up to 30 days – we will inform you of any delays.
Can I cancel my order?
You can usually cancel standard products that have not yet been shipped free of charge – please contact us at info@pixelgipfel.ch. For custom builds and specially ordered products, cancellations depend on the processing status; compensation of up to 20% may be charged for work already carried out and components already ordered.
