What are the shipping costs and how long does delivery take?

Shipping CHF 10.50 with Swiss Post, for PCs CHF 28.00 (accessories in the same parcel at no extra charge), delivery time usually 1 to 2 working days. We only deliver within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. We usually process in-stock products within one working day; components that are not in stock we source in 2–3 working days. Pick-up in Winterthur is free of charge.

Can I also pick up my order?

Yes, free of charge at Sulzerallee 80, 8404 Winterthur, during our opening hours. Please wait for our pick-up confirmation before you come by.

How long is my warranty?

3-year warranty on everything you buy new from us, from the date you receive it. 2 years on our repair work and the spare parts newly fitted during it. Components with a longer manufacturer's warranty keep it. If there is a warranty claim, we collect your PC by post anywhere in Switzerland: you get a prepaid label, and we send it back at our expense. Before returning an item, report the warranty claim to info@pixelgipfel.ch and wait for RMA confirmation.

Can I return a product?

Yes, as a private customer with a delivery address in Switzerland you have a voluntary right of return for 14 days from receipt: 100% refund if unopened, 90% if opened but unused, under 85% if used. Excluded are custom builds, personalised products, activated software and licence keys, and opened products worn close to the body (e.g. headphones, headsets, VR headsets). Please notify us of the return in advance at info@pixelgipfel.ch; the refund is made within 10 working days after inspection.

What payment methods do you accept?

TWINT, common credit and debit cards, and purchase on account with partial payment option via our partner Heylight. All prices include 8.1% VAT; shipping costs will be displayed in the checkout before the order is completed.

Can I cancel my order?

You can usually cancel standard products that have not been shipped yet free of charge, just write to us at info@pixelgipfel.ch. For custom builds and specially ordered products, cancellation depends on the processing status; compensation of up to 20% may apply for work already carried out and components already ordered.
