Product information

Next Generation Storage Technology
Verbatim has launched the Vx500 External SSD, optimised for unparalleled performance with high-speed flash memory and a USB 3.1 Gen 2 controller.

Take Control of Your Data
Storing, moving and backing up large amounts of data can be time-consuming and strenuous. With transfer speeds of up to 500 MB/s, even high-resolution videos can be moved in seconds. Thanks to the optimised performance of the Vx500, you can also run virtual machines on your computer.

Sleek, Slim Design
The space grey aluminium material and a weight of just 29 grams give the Vx500 external SSD a sleek and sophisticated look. Despite its small physical size, ample storage space is available: it is available with capacities of up to 480 GB, making it the perfect accessory for the limited internal storage of Ultrabooks.

Well Connected
The Vx500 comes with a USB-A and a USB-C cable to enable direct use with a variety of different devices such as PCs, TVs and the latest mobile devices.

Standard shipping CHF 8.90 (B-Post, 3–5 business days) or Express CHF 23.50 (Swiss-Express "Mond", 1–2 business days) – Delivery by Swiss Post, within Switzerland only. In-stock products are usually processed within one business day; out-of-stock components are procured within 2–3 business days. Pick-up in Winterthur is free of charge.

Can I also pick up my order?

Yes – free of charge at Sulzerallee 80, 8404 Winterthur, during our opening hours. Please wait for our pick-up confirmation before coming by.

How long is my warranty?

All products bought from us come with a 3-year warranty from the date you receive them. Our repairs and the parts we supply for them are also covered for 3 years. Before returning an item, report the warranty claim to info@pixelgipfel.ch and wait for RMA confirmation.

Can I return a product?

Yes – as a private customer with a delivery address in Switzerland, you have a voluntary right of return for 14 days from receipt: 100% for unopened items, 90% for opened but unused items, and under 85% refund for used items. Excluded are custom builds, personalized products, activated software and license keys, as well as opened products that come into contact with the body (e.g., headphones, headsets, VR glasses). Please register your return in advance at info@pixelgipfel.ch – the refund will be processed within 10 business days after inspection.
